Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns
1.1 We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
1.2 To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused/uninstalled and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.
1.3 To initiate a return, please email (nuvia@ablazegrilles) the following information:

-Name on Order
-Reason For Return
We will get back to you within 48-hours with a confirmation and an Return Authorization Number.
2. Refunds
2.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
2.2 We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.3 If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
3. Restocking Fee
3.1 A restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price may be deducted from your refund.
3.2 The restocking fee helps cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned items.
4. Exclusions
4.1 Certain items are not eligible for return or refund. These include custom-made orders, custom finished orders, sales.
5. Shipping Costs
5.1 Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
