Returns/Exchanges

 

All items being returned or exchanged need to have a Return Authorization (RA) Number. An RA Number is part of our process in returning a product in order to receive a refund, replacement/exchange, or repair during your item(s) warranty period. Purchaser of the product must contact us directly (or authorized Ablaze dealer) to obtain authorization to retun the item. RA Number needs to be placed within the packaged product being returned/exchanged to identify customer and item being returned/exchanged.

Products returned without an RA number will be refused. Return shipping is the responsibility of the sender and will not be refunded or included in the credit amount. Ensure providing us with tracking number or shipment confirmation number to confirm return on your behalf.

 

ALL OUR GRILLES COME WITH THE FOLLOWING WARRANTY:

2-Year -Warranty On Finish

5-Year -Structural Warranty

Additional warranty is available. Please contact us directly for information on warranty additives on your particular grille.

 

RETURNS:

Returns are subjected to a 25% re-stocking fee. Item must not have been installed. All shipping fees excluded. If grille has been installed, and/or has minor/major wear, return is subject to a re-finishing fee. All returns must be initiated within 45 days of purchase date.

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges for a different finish can be made at no cost. Item(s) must not have been installed. If item(s) have been installed and has any type of wear, it may be subject to a re-finishing fee. All shipping fees excluded. All exchanges must be initiated within 45 days of purchase date.

 

ABLAZE GRILLES WARRANTY:

We warrant our products for a 2 year on finish and 5 year structural, period begining at the time of sale. Warranty does not cover abuse, modification or improper installation nor any finish failure caused by corrosive/abrasive cleaning agents, road salts or other chemicals. A return must be made within 45 days of purchase date. Tracking of returned product must be provided by customer for confirmation of return. Any returns are at the customers expense. Warranty consideration and refund procedure will be advised to customer upon inspection of returned product.

 

 

 

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Grilles that are ordered in a custom finish are final sale which can not be returned. Custom finished grilles will come with 1 -Year Warranty on Finish and 5 -Year Structural Warranty.  Custom manufactured grilles CANNOT be returned if grille adheres personalized design(s) and/or finish. 

 

DAMAGED PACKAGE

If your packaged was delivered damaged or punctured; Open package and check if your grille aquired any damage. If your item(s) have been damaged make a claim with the carrier ASAP. Make us aware of any claims made, so if a new grille is aquired we will be able to assist you right away.

DAMAGED/BROKEN PRODUCT(S)

If your product or any component within your product arrived damaged or broken, let us know within 3-Days from time of delivery. We will get your grille or any component of the grille replaced upon arrival of the damaged/broken product(s). Replacement of a broken grille or grille component is part of our warranty: We have you covered!  Customer is responsible for shipment fees of item(s) being returned for a replacement. Ablaze Grilles will cover the shipment of the new/replaced item(s). 

ANY TYPE OF RESTORATION ONTO OR WITHIN AN ABLAZE PRODUCT, NOT DONE BY ABLAZE, WILL VOID WARRANTY.
