Returns/Exchanges

 

All items being returned or exchanged need to have a Return Authorization (RA) Number. An RA Number is part of our process in returning a product in order to receive a refund, replacement/exchange, or repair during your item(s) warranty period. Purchaser of the product must contact us directly (or authorized Ablaze dealer) to obtain authorization to retun the item. RA Number needs to be placed within the packaged product being returned/exchanged to the identify customer and item being returned/exchanged.

 

ALL OUR GRILLES COME WITH THE FOLLOWING WARRANTY:

2-Year -Warranty On Finish

5-Year -Structural Warranty

Additional warranty is available. Please contact us directly for information on warranty additives on your particular grille.

 

RETURNS:

Returns are subjected to a 25% re-stocking fee. Item must not have been installed. All shipping fees excluded. If item has been installed, and/or has minor/major wear, return is subject to a re-finishing fee.

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges for a different finish can be made at no cost. Item(s) must not have been installed. If item(s) have been installed and has any type of wear, it may be subjected to a re-finishing fee. All shipping fees excluded.
